Leading by example, Superintendents, Barney Villalobos and C.W. Woodard have completed the OSHA 30-Hour Certification Safety Course for the Construction Industry.

R.L. Harkins, Inc. is highly concerned with the safety of it's employees and has established a full safety training program.  In addition to initial safety orientation and weekly jobsite meetings, all employees are required to attend quarterly safety meetings.  To boost enthusiasm for safety training, quarterly meetings include refreshments and cash drawings.



The safety training program pays high dividends in the form of low accident and insurance rates.  R.L. Harkins, Inc. is also a proud recipient of the National PDCA Safety Award, which recognizes exemplary effort and achievement in bringing about a safer work environment.
